Just a thought. Which one is worse, hating on yourself, or forcing yourself to suppress self-hate as others who are better than you/ whom you truly care for hate on themselves. It’s an internal conflict that I’ve had for the longest time, and it is the primary reason why I find it so hard to be honest about myself in the first place.
