i don’t know why everyone makes the grim reaper out to be a bad guy i mean he’s just taking to you to the afterlife it’s not like he killed you it’s actually quite nice of him to walk you there imagine if you had to go alone

The Sims Castaway Stories (2008)
Personal Thoughts on the Track: I loved this game. It is the best stories game because it actually has different gameplay and not watered down standard sims 2 gameplay. This song has a bit of a history with the sims 2, the original base game had no licensed music probably due to being a new release so EA weren’t sure about spending the extra money on licensing real music (this is just my speculation). So all the music that plays on the in game stereos was made just for the game and Chocolate was one of the 4 pop songs. Jump ahead a few years and EA bought online social karaoke service SingShot and re-branded it “Sims on Stage” which basically added sims flair to the website. Eventually they ran a competition where the winner would do a simlish song that would go into “The Sims 2 Teen Style Stuff”. The winner, Vanessa, recorded a remix of Chocolate. When The Sims Stories series was announced they used this version of the song to advertise Life Stories and Pet Stories. Naturally they would then use it for the final game in the series “Castaway Stories” but this time they decided to give it an island remix! I really like the original mix but I love this version more.
The first time I played Strangetown I had Pascal and Nervous get married. I still think they’re cute together. : 3
